CONGRATULATIONS STUDENTS FOR YOUR HARD WORK ON FRIDAY OCT 17!

Please continue to collect donations and submit your yellow envelopes to the school office by October 27! 

Fundraiser: Walkathon is our last major fundraiser of the year. We are asking students to get involved by kindly asking friends, family, and neighbors to sponsor them as they walk/run laps for about 45-90 minutes. Pledge forms and instructions will be sent home with students on October 1.  If you cannot locate it, extras are available at the school office.

Please help your child reach out to your neighbors, friends and relatives to pledge money. You can ask for a “per lap” pledge (e.g., $5 for each lap walked) or a “flat” pledge (e.g., $50 regardless of the number of laps walked).  The suggested goal for each student is to raise $100.   If your donor works at a company that offers matching donations, we suggest using their platform to easily donate and double the donation amount. You may record all online donations on your child’s pledge sheet, but it’s not required. Envelopes and donations are due AFTER the Walkathon by Oct 27.

I will be participating in Country Lane’s Walkathon on Friday October 17. This is a fundraiser which helps pay for my teacher’s supplies, field trips and reading programs.  I will run laps around the track. My goal is to run ___ laps. I’m asking for pledges to help me reach my fundraising goal of $100.  No amount is too small.  Thank you for your support!

Students Earn Prizes Based on Money Earned              

Students can earn transportation themed prizes based on the money they raise! There are two levels:

$200 in Donations: Students will earn a ~ 4 inch toy pull-back scooter with a cute animal riding on it. Animals may be a panda, dog, or cat.

$500 in Donations: Students will earn a high quality remote controlled car, with simple controls, which operates forward and reverse, can flip over, and has headlights. Color choices include green, pink, blue or yellow.
